The group of LioMex participated in the fourth edition of “La feria del chile” that takes place in Yahualica Jalisco.
We exposed the benefits of freeze-drying the chile de árbol, a high-value product that in recent years received its appellation of origin just as Tequila did. During the show, several freeze dry products such as birria, guacamole, salsas and fruits were also showcased.
We have 10 years of experience researching and processing freeze-dry products. We had the opportunity to obtain the award for entrepreneurship and social welfare in Mexico.
